wazzup noypi's! bago lng ako dito sa RP. pro sadly wla ako sa pilipinas. dito nko ngsimula mag saltwater fish keeping 3 mos ago. i was solely dependent on forums sa "3reef" for information kc di halos mkaenglish mga shop owners dito. after all my efforts, di ako makapagpabuhay ng corals. nafrufrustrate nako kc kada isang maliit na coral 200 baht na. ilang araw lng tatagal. ngset-up ako ng 3 gallon pico tank bka sakaling umubra ang 24 watt t5s ko for corals. 3rd try ko, bumili ako ng purple mushroom, xenia, tsaka gsp. after 3 days lusaw na si xenia. gsp ko halos wla na nagopen, ung mushroom 2 out of 4 are starting to decompose.

im using marinium salt mix. may fan din ako which runs all day. at night nka aircon kami sa room. hhmmm, need pics pb?

mukang Ok naman tank parameters mo, weird na 3 days at most lang nabubuhay corals mo. suspetsa ko ay baka talagang ndi healthy ang supplier mo ng corals, sayo na lang talaga namamatay. Isa pa na suspetsa ay nakikita ko sa pic ng tank mo na gamit mo ay HOB waterfall filter, di masyadong malakas ang aeration mo kapatid sa ganyang filter, baka na-suffocate na livestock mo dahil wala kang masyadong water movement. Ok na yang tank lights mo para sa size ng tank mo at sa targeted types of livestock. mas okey din sana kung mag-test ka ng Alkalinity, give us the results, pero mukang okay naman yun dahil sa posted PH mo. additional info din kung anong klaseng tubig pang-top-off mo at pang water change, saka anong supplements and additives gamit mo.

first off, i would like to welcome you to RP, secondly, out of curiosity, how much is the conversion for baht to peso?

how long you did you prepare your tank water before putting in corals? i believe you need to wait for at least a few days for the saltmix water to stabilized before actually adding it into the tank, and if you are going to use it for a coral tank, i think you need to allow your tank water to mature before putting in corals, not unless your using NSW,

and by looking at how clean your tank is, (no signs of algae bloom, etc) i think you need to let your tank mature a little bit more before adding in any corals,

the parameter swings could also contribute to the fast dying of your corals. i suggest you setup your nano tank properly to ensure that you livestocks would survive as well as not waste any more money..

-diko mafigure out kung bkt di magwork ng tama mga bagong bili kong test kits Mg/Ca. made in thailand sila pro expired na ata, diko napansin. may date kc dun sabi...Lot. 08 08 09. kya diko n binuksan ung KH test kit at isosoli ko sa ngtinda sakin. ano bang magandang brand, kulang kulang din kc sila dito.

-galing sa filtered water vending machine kc wla ko source ng ro/di water.bago ko nilagayan ng corals un, 2 weeks na sya nkaset-up. live rocks at live sand galing sa 2 1/2 month old tank ko, pro ung water newly mixed saltwater. un gpicture dyan bagong set up lng yan. dko pa naupload recent ones.

-kabibili lng ng calcium at calk supplements ko pro dko pa ginamit kc bka expired narin, papapalit ko pa pag maharapanag mgpunta ulit sa LFS.

siguro water yung problem. sa saltmix.. i have the same experience din kasi noon when i Used the blu bag from cartimar. 1day lang ang coral, tepoks na. baka ganun din problema ng saltmix na gnagamit mo..

is there any chance na mtry mo mag NSW?
