Guys, I need some help..
Black spots suddenly appeared on my skunk cleaner shrimp. Very similar to the photo of a cleaner shrimp below, but lesser in amount:

I've been searching the net about these spots, but all off them didn't really explained what they are. Some say that the spots should simply be left alone since they will disappear by themselves when the shrimp molts. But on some accounts, people say that cleaner shrimps die in mere days due to these spots.
What exactly are these spots, where did they come from, and how do I remove them?
Any help would be appreciated. But answers based on experience would be better.
