lato is seaweed you normally see being sold in the market, sa mga isda.... its that green stuff, looks like grape caulerpa... people eat as salad.. its actually macroalgae, a natural source of vegetation for tangs.... if you want your tangs to thrive, you'll have to supply them with a lot of vegetation... giving them lato is inexpensive but highly nutritious for them.. all palengke has them... if i had the time, i would probably go and buy lato for my tangs everyother day.. but i dont have the time so weekly na lang sila.. in between broccoli and romaine lettuce is 2nd best.. baguio and native pechay, although will be eaten, doesnt have enough nutrients[/img]
