LF a good nano/pico HOB skimmer

-I have a new setup currently on its first day of cycling. I only know Cartimar for supplies and it's the most accessible location for me but couldn't find any HOB types there. (I live along taft).
-Preferably an air driven skimmer to reduce heat but I will entertain and take into consideration any available skimmers.

PS- have some of my older equipment from abroad incoming, possibly will have them for sale as I don't have enough space where I'm loving to accommodate a large tank.
