a. Where do you buy good quality marine and variety of marine fishes and inverts?

b. Most of the time i buy from any shop in Cartimar and i normally place them into my 30 gallons quarantine tank which has a UV+Skimmer+Filter, 100% Salt Mix and with salinity of 1.007 (very low salinity)

My observations as follows below:
1. 100% develops ITCH
2. after staying for more than 1 week 30% dies from ITCH
3. on the 2nd week the survivors are all ITCH free bec of my hyposalinity and another 30% dies bec they dont learn how to eat pellets
4. only 40% were able to survive and learned how to eat marine pellets
5. then the survivors are transferred to the main tank

Can you please help me to comment on my procedures if it is the correct method?

do you have a method on how to train marine fishes to eat pellet food? should i leave 2 or 3 fishes in the quarantine tank that feed on pellet food so the newcomers/newly bought fishes from Cartimar may LEARN TO EAT PELLET FOOD when they are in "QUARANTINE"?

b- This is my way (guys any other tips?) -
1. ask cartimar peeps to feed fish to see if they are eating
2. temp acclimate (put plastic bag in the water)
3. drip acclimate for at least 30 mins.
4. Freshwater Dip with meth blue for at least 5 mins.
5. put to quarantine tank with copper for 2-3 weeks (do not use skimmer or live rock inside the qt tank, use big PVC pipes) test copper on water
6. Hope my fishes were not stressed or cyanide =(
7. put to main tank

pls. read about the species before u buy some don't eat pellets at all

sir 30% dies after a week in the QT? how many fishes do you put in your QT? should limit your fishes in the QT to just 1, 2 max.
