Is it even possible say if we create an improvised chiller with the use of a 2nd hand, water dispenser?

the thing is, the cool water button will have to be pressed all day long, or have a lock so it would continuously cool water.

Possible???

yung concept na yan, matagal na rin tinanong yan.. problem is hindi niya kaya yung capacity ng tank mo.. try mo ipress yung dispenser for a long time, mawawala na yung malamig na tubig..
