Over-head DSB?

Postby jan » Thu Jun 05, 2008 8:52 pm

due to lack of space in my sump. would it be okay, or is it even effective to place an over-head DSB? whic is, of course still connected to the sump. and has a circulation just like with over-head filter..

bro, ganito.. for a dsb dapat malaki yung surface area since malaki tank mo.. let's say you use the 50g na meron ka.. around 2-3 sacks of sand gagamitin mo dun.. plus around 30-40 gallons of saltwater.. that's the weight you have to support.. plus the constant splahing of water that would add to vibrations..

+1
Only way you can have that possible is making a steel frame stand, but would seem not practical.
