Clownfish Turning Pale

Hello po. One of the clownfishes i just bought is turning pale and is being attacked by the other clownfishes in my tank. Bakit po kaya? Kahapon ok naman sila.

Problem seems to have started after I did WC last night. Nabasag kasi Hydrometer ko so medyo tinantsa ko nalang yung saltmix. 5 gals lang naman po dinagdag ko (mga 2 dakot ng saltmix), 25 gals yung tank. Can this be the cause? Will be buying a hydrometer later para maayos yung salinity.

fading coloration is usually a sign of stress...how long has the clownfish been in your tank? is it eating?..how many clownfish are in your tank? it could also be a territorial aggression issue if they don't have enough space in the tank..

the salinity could be a factor but if that is the case, all of your LS will be acting weird...there could be others problems aside from the salinity. But yeah, please get a hydrometer ASAP..

3 days palang po sila. Baka na-stress nung nagpalit ako water kagabi. Bought 5 po. Ok naman yung iba, lahat naman kumakain pero yung isa talagang pinagtutulungan nila. Seems to me they want him dead

Still watching them now. Kulang nalang matanggal nila ulo nung isang clown. *sighs*

Ok thanks po. Yung 2 kasi medyo aggressive. Yung isa tuloy nagtatago nalang sa rocks. Haays

WOW ..sa isang thread mo po naalala ko sinabi na sayo dati that you have too many fish in your tank...5 clownfish?? may damsel pa? anu pa laman ng tank nyo?..please understand that your sw tank is not like a freshwater tank...you should only keep 2-3 fishes (1-2 inches) in your 25Gallon tank...and from what I can recall you were advised to cycle your tank properly after taking out the tangs and other fish, and not even a month after may bago kayo ulit na fish na nilagay?

choose your ls wisely bro... damsels are known antagonist of the saltwater small but terrible...

as i know, clownfish and damsel same Cichlid kaya territorial sila.
